Admission Requirements

Diploma Programs:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or be at least 19 years old

English proficiency:

• Personal computer required for technical programs

ESL Programs:

• Completion of the Cornerstone English Placement Test

Global Tiers Program:

• Tier 1 – International Opportunity: Tuition discounts for students from regions like Australia, Middle East, CIS, and non-EU Europe
• Tier 2 – International Advance: Larger tuition fee reductions for students from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean
• Eligibility: Must be an international student and meet CICCC’s academic entry requirements
